"What can I say about the phenomenal Shekina Moore? In short, A LOT! After finishing my book and going back and forth on if I wanted to move forward and publish it for the world, I prayed because I didn't know where to start or if I even wanted to be in the public eye so to speak. After praying about how to go about publishing and finding someone to edit my work, God seemed to put everything in place. Shekina posted her services on social media and I contacted her immediately and she agreed to take a look at my 'masterpiece.' After my father unexpectedly passed, I thought about not sending the manuscript to her because I almost let grief overtake me; then I thought 'what would my father do?' In October of 2012, I engaged the services of Shekina Moore to coach me through an up-leveling that I knew was about to happen in my business. I shared with Shekina what I had already done in my business but I just couldn't get myself to that place I knew I should be. For 8 weeks, she listened to my goals....and for 8 weeks she guided me to each step, helping me to achieve those goals. Prior to meeting with Shekina, I had no desire to write, but she thought it necessary to get me to where I wanted to be. She encouraged me to blog about topics that I thought were relevant to me and my audience. From the blog, she encouraged me to develop a newsletter to further serve my audience. From the newsletter, she encouraged me to write my first column to encompass a new audience. From my column, she encouraged me to write my first book to encourage my audience. It seemed like such a snowball effect of accomplishments. Exactly one year after being coached by Shekina, I had done all of those things...and I even taped my first 3 episodes of my television show, Deanna Hamilton presents The Great Mentor. It seems hard to believe that one person can see so many great things in you that you can't see in yourself. I truly thank Shekina for allowing God to use her in such an awesome way.
